BRUSSELS SPROUTS IN ONION CREAM
1 1/2 lb. Brussels sprouts
1/2 C. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter
1 pt. sour cream |

steam Brussels sprouts for 15 minutes, or
until tender. Sauté onion in butter until rich brown. Stir
in sour cream and heat, stirring constantly. Add Brussels
sprouts and mix well. Serves 6.
